Environmental certification according to FSC® and PEFC/05-45-274

PrimaTimber AB strives to conduct its operations and trade with the lowest possible environmental impact throughout the entire value‑adding chain. PrimaTimber AB has carried out a life cycle assessment (EPD) of our products with the aim of continuously delivering the most sustainable product possible.

Chain of Custody Certification

PrimaTimber AB is Chain of Custody certified according to PEFC and FSC®. We deliver products with verified traceability. Both FSC® and PEFC set requirements for management systems as well as product‑related standards. Management system requirements may include documented procedures for the allocation of responsibilities with an emphasis on traceability, training, documentation, and document handling. The product‑related requirements focus on ensuring the origin and traceability of the material through to the finished product.

FSC®, the Forest Stewardship Council®, is an international, independent, and non‑profit organization for the certification of forestry practices that meet specific ecological, social, and economic requirements.
